With the new release of ManageRED PasswordCopy, a Windows password migration solution, ManageRED Software is the first software provider to offer a complete software solution set to migrate domain or server local account passwords to Microsoft Windows 64 bit server platforms. Many businesses were struggling to move to Microsoft 64 bit platforms such as Microsoft Server 2008 from their current 32 bit platform. PasswordCopy integrates the new 64bit password migration technology designed to migrate Windows server and Active Directory domain passwords.

PasswordCopy allows administrators to copy passwords, migrate passwords or synchronize passwords between like user accounts from Windows NT4, Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, 2008 R2 Active Directory domains or servers in real time or at predefined scheduled times.

PasswordCopy Security Features

PasswordCopy requires Windows Administrative account to copy encrypted password hashes only and is not able to decrypt user account passwords. The user password is never stored or revealed during the password copy process.
